Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Carefully unpack the Canon TR4520 from its box and remove all protective materials.
- Open the front cover and insert the ink cartridges into their respective slots until they click into place.
- Adjust the paper guides in the rear paper tray and load the appropriate size paper (e.g., A4, letter).
- Plug the printer into a power outlet and press the power button to turn it on.

- Preparation:

- Preparation:

- Printing:
- Chromebooks support printing via the network without additional drivers.
- Go to your Chromebook’s settings, navigate to “Advanced” > “Printing” > “Printers,” and add your Canon TR4500 series printer if it’s detected.
Troubleshooting Steps
- Printer Not Detected (Wi-Fi Issues)
Solutions:
• Ensure the printer is powered ON
• Confirm the Wi-Fi indicator on the printer is solid (not blinking)
• Reconnect to Wi-Fi:
• Go to Menu > WLAN Setup > Easy Wireless Connect
• Ensure your computer/phone is on the same Wi-Fi network
• Restart your router, printer, and devices - Printing Blank Pages
Solutions:
• Check ink levels (replace if low or empty)
• Run print head cleaning:
• Use Canon IJ Utility on your computer
• On the printer: Menu > Maintenance > Cleaning
• Ensure paper is loaded correctly - Paper Jam
Solutions:
• Turn off the printer
• Open the rear cover or front tray
• Carefully remove any jammed paper
• Reload paper properly - Poor Print Quality (Blurry or Faded Prints)
Solutions:
• Check ink cartridges; replace if needed
• Run Print Head Cleaning from maintenance settings
• Align the print head:
• Menu > Maintenance > Print Head Alignment
• Use recommended paper type and settings
