Unboxing & Initial Setup

  1. Carefully remove the Canon PIXMA TS6370 from its packaging and discard any protective materials.
  2. Open the front cover and insert the ink cartridges into their designated slots until they click securely into place.
  3. Adjust the paper tray to fit your preferred paper size (e.g., A4, letter) and load the paper into the tray.
  4. Connect the power cord to the printer and plug it into a power outlet. Press the power button to turn it on.

Setting it up on Windows

  1. Download drivers from the bottom of the page
  2. Launch the downloaded setup file and follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. When prompted, select Wireless Connection for Wi-Fi setup.
  4. The printer will search for available networks. Select your Wi-Fi network and enter your Wi-Fi password.
  5. Once connected, the printer should appear in Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
  6. Right-click on the TS6360a icon and select Set as Default Printer.
  7. Print a test page to confirm proper installation.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Check the power:
  2. Check the printer plug and the wall outlet both are securely connected
  3. Check the cartridges:
  4. Make sure the ink cartridges are placed correctly. There should be enough ink and cartridges should be compatible with the model of the printer
  5. Check paper:
  6. If the papers are not arranged correctly, take out the paper tray and straighten them up. There should be no jams in the printer
  7. Check WiFi connection:
  8. Ensure your printer and device are connected to the same network
  9. Make sure that the WiFi connection is stable
  10. Reset the printer:
  11. Resetting the printer can resolve many issues
  12. Update printer drivers:
  13. If drivers are outdated, check for newer ones
