Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Remove the Canon PIXMA TS5320 from its packaging and take off all protective materials and tapes.
- Open the front cover to access the cartridge compartment. Insert the ink cartridges into the corresponding slots based on the color-coded instructions.
- Adjust the paper guides in the rear paper tray and load your preferred paper size (e.g., letter, A4).
- Connect the power cord and press the power button to turn on the printer. Wait for it to initialize.

Setting Up Canon TS5320 on Windows
Step 1: Install Printer Drivers
- Driver Download Links are in the bottom of the page.
- Download the latest Windows drivers and run the setup file.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Step 2: Connect via Wi-Fi or USB
- USB connection: Connect the printer to your Windows PC using a USB cable.
- Wi-Fi connection:
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button until the Wi-Fi light starts flashing.
- Use the Canon Setup Utility to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Add Printer to Windows
- Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Click Add a Printer or Scanner and select Canon TS5320.
- Click Add Device to complete the setup.
Your Canon TS5320 is now ready for printing on Windows!

Setting Up Canon TS5320 on Mac
Step 1: Install Printer Drivers
- Driver Download Links are in the bottom of the page.
- Install the drivers and restart your Mac if required.
Step 2: Connect via Wi-Fi or USB
- USB connection: Plug the printer into your Mac using a USB cable.
- Wi-Fi connection:
- Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the Wi-Fi light starts flashing.
- Use the Canon Setup Utility to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Add Printer to Mac
- Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Click the + button to add a printer.
- Select Canon TS5320 and click Add.
Your Mac is now set up for wireless printing!

Setting Up Canon TS5320 on iOS (iPhone/iPad)
Step 1: Connect Printer to Wi-Fi
Ensure that your Canon TS5320 and iPhone/iPad are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Step 2: Print Using Air Print
- Open the document or photo you want to print.
- Tap the Share button and select Print.
- Choose Canon TS5320 from the available printers.
- Tap Print.
Your iOS device is now set up for wireless printing!

Step 1: Install Canon PRINT App
- Open the Google Play Store and search for Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY.
- Download and install the app.
Step 2: Connect to the Printer
- Open the Canon PRINT app.
- Select Canon TS5320 from the list of available printers.
- Ensure your printer and phone are on the same Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Print from Android
- Choose the document or image you want to print.
- Tap Print.
Your Android device is now set up for wireless printing!

Step 1: Add Printer to Chromebook
- Open Settings > Advanced > Printing > Printers.
- Click Add Printer and select Canon TS5320 from the available printers.
Step 2: Print from Chromebook
- Open the document or webpage you want to print.
- Press Ctrl + P to open the print menu.
- Select Canon TS5320 and click Print.
Your Canon TS5320 is now ready for printing on Chrome OS!
Troubleshooting Steps
- Printer Not Detected?
- Ensure your printer and device are on the same Wi-Fi network.
- Restart both the printer and the device.
- If using USB, check the cable connection.

- Ensure your Wi-Fi signal is strong.
