Overview

Canon TS3327 is a wireless printer which also offers scanning and copying. It has wireless connectivity support. It is very convenient to use. Canon TS3327 produces high printing quality with sharp texts and vivid colors. It is compact and easy to use.

Unboxing & Initial Setup

  1. Take all the accessories and the printer itself from the box.
  2. Remove all the packaging materials.
  3. Remove the protective tapes.
  4. Press on the power button to turn the printer on.
  5. Take the cartridges out, remove the packaging and install them.
  6. Load paper.

Canon TS3327 setup on Windows

Setting up Canon TS3327 – Windows (Wi fi):

  1. Connect your printer to Wifi:
    • On the printer’s control panel, press and hold the wireless button until the Wi-Fi icon starts to flash.
    • Choose Manual Connect.
    • Select your wi-fi network from the available wifi list.
    • Enter the password and press ok.
  2. Download the Drivers:
    • Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.
    • Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
  3. Print the Test page:
    • Print a test page to confirm the setup.

USB Setup (Wired Setup):

  1. Download the Drivers:
    • Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
    • Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
  2. Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
    • Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
    • Go to the settings of your PC.
    • Search for bluetooth and devices.
    • Click on Printers and Scanners.
    • From the available printers list select your Canon TS3327.
  3. Print the Test page:
    • Print a test page to confirm the setup.

Troubleshooting Steps

  1. The Machine Cannot Be Powered On:
    • Press the ON button.
    • Make sure that the power plug is securely plugged into the power cord connector of the machine, then turn it back on.
    • Make sure that the USB cable is securely plugged in.
    • Unplug the machine from the power supply, then plug the machine back in and turn the machine back on after leaving it for at least 2 minutes.
    • If you are printing from the computer and there are unnecessary print jobs, delete them. 
  2. Make sure of the following when you load paper:
    • When loading two or more sheets of paper, align the edges of the sheets before loading.
    • Make sure that the paper stack does not exceed the paper load limit.
    • Always load the paper in portrait orientation, regardless of the printing orientation.
    • Load the paper with the print side facing up.
    • Check to see if the paper you are printing on is not too thick or curled.
    • Confirm that the media type and the paper size settings correspond with the loaded paper.
    • Make sure that there are not any foreign objects in the rear tray.
  3. Paper Jams:
    • When paper is jammed, the Alarm lamp flashes and a troubleshooting message is displayed on the computer screen automatically. 
    • Take the papers out and arrange them in a proper way.
