Canon TS3325 is an all-in-one inkjet printer. It is best suited for homes, small businesses and students. It is compact and easy to operate. Canon TS3325 is a budget friendly printer suitable for moderate printing needs. It works with the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app, Apple AirPrint, and Mopria (Android) for effortless mobile printing and cloud integration.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take all the accessories and the printer itself from the box.
- Remove all the packaging materials.
- Remove the protective tapes.
- Press on the power button to turn the printer on.
- Install the ink cartridges.
- Load paper.

Canon TS3325 setup on Windows
Setting up Canon TS3325 – Windows (Wi fi):
- Connect your printer to Wi fi:
- On the printer’s control panel, press and hold the wireless button until the Wi-Fi icon starts to flash.
- Choose Manual Connect.
- Select your wi-fi network from the available Wi fi list. Enter the password and press ok.
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
- Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
- Go to the settings of your PC.
- Search for bluetooth and devices.
- Click on Printers and Scanners.
- From the available printers list select your Canon TS3325.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.

Setting up Canon TS3325 – Mac (Wi fi):
- Connect your printer to Wifi:
- On the printer’s control panel, press and hold the wireless button until the Wi-Fi icon starts to flash.
- Choose Manual Connect.
- Select your wi-fi network from the available wifi list.
- Enter the password and press ok.
- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the installed file.
- Add Printer:
- Open the system preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Select your printer and click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your Mac.
- On your Mac click on the system preference option.
- Now click on Printer and Scanners.
- The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon TS3325.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Canon TS3325 setup on iPhone & iPad
Setting up Canon TS3325 – IOS:
- Download the Canon Print app:
- Go to the app store.
- Search for the “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App”.
- Download and install the app.
- Connect the Printer:
- Go to the printer control panel.
- You can see a smartphone icon, press and hold it for 3 seconds.
- The Wi fi button will start blinking.
- Connect your phone with Printer:
- On your I phone you can see a message displaying connect your wifi with your printer.
- It may ask for a password, press 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 and press ok.
- You may receive a confirmation message, click ok.
- Connect your wifi network with the app:
- Go to the app and select your wifi network.
- Now enter the password and press ok.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Canon TS3325 setup on Android
Setting up Canon TS3325 – Android:
- Download the Canon Print app:
- Go to the play store.
- Search for the “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App”.
- Download and install the app.
- Connect the Printer:
- Go to the printer control panel.
- You can see a smartphone icon, press and hold it for 3 seconds.
- The Wi fi button will start blinking.
- Connect your phone with Printer:
- On your phone you can see a message displaying connect your wifi with your printer.
- It may ask for a password, press 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 and then click ok.
- You may receive a confirmation message, click ok.
- Connect your wifi network with the app:
- Go to the app and select your wifi network.
- Now enter the password and press ok.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Canon TS3325 setup on Chromebook
Setting up Canon TS3325 – Chrome OS (Wifi) :
- Connect the printer to Wifi connection:
- Choose your wifi connection from the available networks.
- Enter the password.
- Wait until the printer displays connected.
- Add Printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then Printers.
- Your Canon TS3325 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Connect the printer to USB Cable:
- Plug the USB Cable into the printer and the other end to your Chromebook.
- Add printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then printers.
- Click on the Add Printer option.
- Your Canon TS3325 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
Troubleshooting Steps
- The Machine Cannot Be Powered On:
- Press the ON button.
- Make sure that the power plug is securely plugged into the power cord connector of the machine, then turn it back on.
- Make sure that the USB cable is securely plugged in.
- Unplug the machine from the power supply, then plug the machine back in and turn the machine back on after leaving it for at least 2 minutes.
- If you are printing from the computer and there are unnecessary print jobs, delete them.
- Make sure of the following when you load paper:
- When loading two or more sheets of paper, align the edges of the sheets before loading.
- Make sure that the paper stack does not exceed the paper load limit.
- Always load the paper in portrait orientation, regardless of the printing orientation.
- Load the paper with the print side facing up.
- Check to see if the paper you are printing on is not too thick or curled.
- Confirm that the media type and the paper size settings correspond with the loaded paper.
- Make sure that there are not any foreign objects in the rear tray.
- Paper Jams:
- When paper is jammed, the Alarm lamp flashes and a troubleshooting message is displayed on the computer screen automatically.
- Take the papers out and arrange them in a proper way.
