Overview
The Canon TS207 is a compact, single-function inkjet printer designed for basic home or small office use, capable of color and black-and-white printing. It includes a USB connection, a scratch-resistant grid-textured surface, and support for low-cost ink cartridges. It can also print borderless photos up to 10.16 x 15.24 cm.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Remove all packaging material and protective tapes from the printer
- Take out documentation material, power cord and other accessories from the box.
- Connect the power cord and turn ON the printer
- Install the ink cartridges
- Load paper into the paper tray

Canon TS207 setup on Windows
Setting up Guide for Windows:
- Download and Install the Software
- Download Drivers and Software
- Click Setup > Enter TS207>Click Start
- Select your Windows version (it usually detects automatically)
- Download the Full Driver & Software Package
- Connecting the Printer to Wi-Fi
- During software installation:
- Choose Wireless LAN Connection
- If the printer isn’t connected, press Home > Wi-Fi icon > LAN Settings >Wireless LAN Setup
- Select your Wi-Fi network, enter the password
- During software installation:
- Completing Installation on Windows
- Run the downloaded setup file
- Follow instructions for detecting the printer
- Choose the connection method (Wi-Fi or USB)
- Complete the driver installation
- Print a test page to confirm setup
Canon TS207 setup on macOS
Setting up Guide for MAC:
- Download Driver & Software
- Go to: Canon TS 207 Mac Drivers
- Enter your model: TS207
- Select your macOS version, then download the Full Driver & Software Package.
- Wireless Setup (Recommended)
- Using Canon’s Setup Assistant
- Open the downloaded.
- Choose Wireless LAN Connection when prompted
- Follow the steps to connect your printer to your Wi-Fi
- Using Canon’s Setup Assistant
- Manual Wi-Fi Setup (Without Software)
- On the printer screen:
- Tap Setup > Wi-Fi Setup
- Choose Easy Wireless Connect, press Yes
- On your Mac, connect to the printer’s temporary Wi-Fi.
- On the printer screen:
- USB Setup (If You Prefer)
- Connect TS207 to Mac via USB cable
- Run the downloaded setup
- Add Printer to Mac
- Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners
- Add scanner and fax
- Select your printer
- For Wi-Fi setup: Should appear as TS207series – Secure AirPrint
- For USB setup: TS207 will appear automatically
- Click Add
- Install IJ Scan Utility (For Scanning)
- Included in the Canon software packageFind it under: Applications >Canon Utilities >IJ Scan Utility
- Allows scanning to PDF, images, etc.
Canon TS207 setup on iPhone & iPad
Setting up Guide for IOS:
- Install Canon PRINT App
- Open the App Store
- Search: Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY
- Download and install the app
- Connect Printer to Wi-Fi
- Easy Wireless Connect (Recommended)
- On the printer screen:
- Tap Setup > Wi-Fi Setup >Easy Wireless Connect → Yes
- Printer shows “Processing” ready for connection
- Easy Wireless Connect (Recommended)
- Connect via Canon PRINT App
- Open the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app
- Tap Add Printer >Register Printer > Connect via Wireless Router
- Follow the instructions:
- Select your Wi-Fi
- Enter Wi-Fi password
- Printer connects > app detects it automatically
- Print with AirPrint (No App Needed)
- Once the printer is on the same Wi-Fi:
- Open any app (Photos, Safari, Mail, etc.)
- Tap the Share icon > Select Print
- Choose Canon TS207 series from printer list
- Adjust settings and print
- Scan with Canon PRINT App
- Open Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY
- Tap Scan >Place document on printer .Tap Scan
- Save or share scanned files to your device
Canon TS207 setup on Android
Setting up Guide for Android:
- Install Canon PRINT App
- Open Google Play Store
- Search: Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY
- Install the app
- Connect Printer to Wi-Fi (If Not Done Yet)
- Easy Wireless Connect (Recommended)
- On your TS207 printer screen
- Tap Setup >Wi-Fi Setup > Easy Wireless Connect → Yes
- Screen shows “Processing” Printer ready for connection
- WPS (If Router Supports)
- Press WPS button on router when prompted during setup
- Easy Wireless Connect (Recommended)
- Add Printer via Canon PRINT App
- Open the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app
- Tap Add Printer > Register Printer >Connect via Wireless Router
- The app will guide you:
- Select your Wi-Fi
- Enter Wi-Fi password
- Printer connects to network — app detects it automatically
- Print or Scan
- Print documents, photos directly from your phone
- Scan documents using your printer — save as PDF or image on Android
Canon TS207 setup on Chromebook
Setting up Guide for Chromebook:
- Connect TS207to Wi-Fi (If Not Done)
- On the Printer:
- Tap the Setup icon
- Select Wi-Fi Setup > Easy Wireless Connect >Press Yes
- Wait for the screen to show “Processing” ready for connection
- Add Printer to Chromebook
- On your Chromebook:
- Click the Clock (bottom-right) Settings
- Scroll to Advanced > Printing >Printers
- Click Add Printer
- On the Printer:
- Print a Test Page
- Open a document, photo, or webpage
- Use Ctrl + P >Select your TS207 printer
Troubleshooting Steps
- Printer Not Turning On
- Check power cable connection
- Try a different power outlet
- Hold power button for 3 seconds
- Wi-Fi & Connectivity Issues
- Printer Not Connecting to Wi-Fi
- Run Easy Wireless Connect on printer:
- Tap Setup >Wi-Fi Setup > Easy Wireless Connect > Yes
- Ensure correct Wi-Fi password
- Place printer near router
- Restart router and printer
- Printer Disappears from Device List
- Confirm printer and device are on same Wi-Fi
- Restart both devices
- Re-add printer manually if needed
- Printer Not Showing on Mac
- System Settings > Printers & Scanners >Remove and re-add printer
- Prefer Secure AirPrint driver when adding
- Reset printing system if persistent:
- Right-click printer list > Reset Printing System
