Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Carefully remove the Canon PIXMA PRO-200 from its packaging, ensuring that all protective materials are removed.
- Open the front cover and insert the ink cartridges into their respective slots, ensuring they are securely seated.
- Adjust the paper tray and load your preferred paper size (e.g., A4, Letter, or specialty media).
- Connect the power cord to the printer and plug it into an electrical outlet. Press the power button to turn it on.

Canon PRO-200 setup on Windows
Setting up Canon image PROGRAF PRO-200 – Windows (Wi-fi):
- Preparer the printer:
- Select LAN settings from the printer screen.
- Then choose wi-fi.
- Use the down arrow key and select wi-fi setup.
- Select Easy wireless connect.
- The printer preparation is complete.
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the driver from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the necessary drivers from the bottom of the page.
- Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
- Go to the settings of your PC.
- Search for bluetooth and devices.
- Click on Printers and Scanners.
- From the available printers list select your Canon image PROGRAF PRO-200.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.

Setting up Canon image PROGRAF PRO-200 – Mac (Wi-fi):
- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the installed file.
- Prepare the Printer:
- Select LAN settings from the printer screen.
- Then choose wi-fi.
- Use the down arrow key and select wi-fi setup.

Setting up Canon image PROGRAF PRO-200 – IOS:
- Connect to the Wifi:
- Turn on your Canon image PROGRAF PRO-200.

- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Go to the app store.
- Search for the “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App”.

- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Download the app from the play store.
- Add the printer on the app:
- Click on the add icon on the phone.
- Now click on the register printer.
- Select your Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-200.
- Now the printer is installed on your phone.
- Print the Test page:

Setting up Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-200– Chrome OS (Wi-fi) :
- Connect the printer to Wifi connection:
- Choose your wifi connection from the available networks.
- Enter the password.
- Wait until the printer displays connected.
- Add Printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then Printers.
- Your Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-200 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.

- Connect the printer to USB Cable:
- Plug the USB Cable into the printer and the other end to your Chromebook.
- Add printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then printers.
- Click on the Add Printer option.
- Your Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-200 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.

Troubleshooting Steps
- Printer not connecting to wi-fi:
- Possible Causes: Incorrect password, weak, signal or outdated firmware.
- Solutions:
- Ensure your Wi-Fi password is correct
- Place the printer close to the router
- Re-run Easy Wireless Connect
- Press Setup >Wi-Fi Setup >Easy Wireless Connect
- Restart the router and printer
- Check for firmware updates via Canon’s official website
- Print Not Detected by computer or mobile:
- Solutions:
- Ensure both printer and device are on the same Wi-Fi network
- Restart your printer and device
- Reinstall the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app (for mobile)
- For USB connection, ensure the cable is securely connected
- On Windows/Mac, reinstall the printer driver
