Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Carefully remove the Canon PIXMA MX537 from the box, ensuring all protective materials are removed.
- Open the front cover and insert the Black and Color ink cartridges into their respective slots.
- Adjust the rear paper tray and load your preferred paper size (e.g., A4 or Letter).
- Plug the printer into a power source and press the power button to turn it on.

Canon MX537 setup on Windows
Step 1: Install Printer Drivers
- Driver Download links are in the bottom of the page.
- Download the latest Windows drivers and run the setup file.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation.
Step 3: Connect via Wi-Fi or USB
- USB connection: Use a USB cable to connect the printer to your Windows PC.
- Wi-Fi connection:
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the power light flashes.
- Follow the setup wizard to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Add Printer to Windows
- Open Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners.
- Click Add a Printer or Scanner and select Canon MX537.
- Click Add Device to complete the setup.
Your Canon MX537 is now ready for printing on Windows!
Canon MX537 setup on macOS
Step 1: Install Printer Drivers

- Install the drivers and restart your Mac if needed.
Step 2: Connect via Wi-Fi or USB
- USB connection: Connect the printer to your Mac using a USB cable.
- Wi-Fi connection:
- Press the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the power light flashes.
- Use the Canon Setup Utility to connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network.
Step 3: Add Printer to Mac
- Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
- Click the + button to add a printer.
- Select Canon MX537 and click Add.
Your Mac is now set up for wireless printing!
Canon MX537 setup on iPhone & iPad
Step 1: Connect Printer to Wi-Fi
Ensure that your Canon MX537 and iPhone/iPad are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
Step 2: Print Using AirPrint
- Open the document or photo you want to print.
- Tap the Share button and select Print.
- Choose Canon MX537 from the available printers.
- Tap Print.

Step 1: Install Canon PRINT App
