Canon G3021 is an all-in-one ink tank printer which is suitable for printing, copying, and scanning. It is a cost efficient printer especially designed for homes and small businesses. Canon G3021 offers high volume printing at a very minimal cost. It supports mobile printing. Canon G3021 is very compact and lightweight. Its prints are vibrant and clear.

Canon G3021 setup on Windows
- Power ON the Printer:
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Download Drivers:
- Download and install the full driver package from the bottom of the page.
- When the installation is completed, run the installer file and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Connect the Printer:
- Run the driver file you downloaded.
- Select Wi-Fi Connection.
- Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer until the Wi-Fi lamp blinks.
- Connect Canon G3021 to your Wi-Fi network.
- Now follow the on-screen instructions and complete the process.
- Print the Test page:
- To make sure it’s functioning, try printing a test page from Word or Notepad.
Canon G3021 setup on macOS
- Power ON the Printer:
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Turn ON the Wi-Fi:
- Turn the wifi ON and connect it with the printer. Ensure that your printer and Mac are on the same network.
- Download Drivers:
- Download and install the full driver package from the bottom of the page.
- Select your macOS version from the dropdown (e.g., macOS Ventura, Monterey, etc.).
- When the installation is completed, run the installer file and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Add Printer to Mac:
- Go to system settings > Printers & Scanners.
- Click + to add a printer.
- The Mac will automatically detect the Canon G3021.
- Select it and click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- To make sure it’s functioning, try printing a test page from Word or Notepad.
Canon G3021 setup on iPhone & iPad
- Turn ON the Printer:
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the power button.
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Search for “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY”.
- Tap Download and install the app.
- Turn ON the Wi-Fi:
- Turn the wifi ON and connect it with the printer. Ensure that your printer and device are on the same network.
- Add Printer:
- Click on the “+” icon (usually at the top or bottom of the screen) to add a printer.
- App will search for printers on your Wi-Fi network.
- Your device will automatically detect Canon G3021.
- Select it and click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- To make sure it’s functioning, try printing a test page from Word or Notepad.

- Power ON the Printer:
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Open the Play Store on your Phone.
- Search for “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY”.
- Tap Download and install the app.
- Turn ON the Wi-Fi:
- Turn the wifi ON and connect it with the printer. Ensure that your printer and device are on the same network.
- Connect Printer to Wi-Fi Using App:
- In the Canon PRINT app, click “Add Printer”.
- Select “Register Printer” > “Connect via Wireless Router”.
- App will automatically detect your printer.
- Choose your Wi-Fi network and enter the password to connect.
- Print the Test page:
- To make sure it’s functioning, try printing a test page from Word or Notepad.
Canon G3021 setup on Chromebook
- Power ON the Printer:
- To turn on the printer, plug in the power cord and press the Power button.
- Turn ON the Wi-Fi:
- Turn the wifi ON and connect it with the printer. Ensure that your printer and Chromebook are on the same network.
- Add Printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then Printers.
- Click the Add printer option to connect the Printer.
- Your Canon G3021 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
- To make sure it’s functioning, try printing a test page from Word or Notepad.
