Canon iB4130 Color Single Function ink Printer. Canon MAXIFY iB4130, is a color inkjet printer designed for small offices and home offices. It’s known for its speed, high-capacity paper handling, and low running costs.

Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Remove all packaging material and protective tapes from the printer
- Take out documentation material, power cord and other accessories from the box.
- Connect the power cord and turn ON the printer
- Install the ink cartridges
- Load paper into the paper tray

Setting up Guide for Windows:
1. Download the Drivers:.
- Search for “Canon Maxify IB4130 drivers”.
- Select the appropriate operating system (Windows) and your specific version.
- Download the full driver and software package.
2. Install the Drivers:
- Locate the downloaded file and run it.
- Install the drivers and any optional software.
- The installation process may include steps for connecting the printer to your computer (via USB or wireless network).
3. Connect the Printer:
- USB:If connecting via USB, ensure the cable is securely connected to both the printer and your computer.
- Wireless Network:Connected to your wireless network.
4. Finalizing the Setup:
- After the installation is complete, you may be prompted to print a test page to confirm the setup.

Setting up Guide for MAC:
- Download the Software: download the latest drivers and software package for your printer model and macOS version.
- Run the Installer:
- Locate the downloaded file and run the installer,
- Choose Connection Type:During installation, you’ll be prompted to choose your connection type (USB or network).
- Complete the software installation.
3. Connect the Printer:
- Wired Connection (USB):If you’re using a wired connection, connect the printer to your Mac with a USB cable.
- Wireless Connection:Enable Wireless: Ensure the printer’s wireless function is enabled.
- Connect to your Network: the printer’s manual to connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
4. Add the Printer to Your Mac:
- Open System Settings: Click the Apple menu and select “System Settings”.
- Go to Printers & Scanners: Click on “Printers & Scanners” in the sidebar.
5. Add the Printer: Click the “Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax” button.
6. Select the Printer: Choose your Canon iB4130 printer from the list and click “Add”.
7.Test Print: You can now test print to ensure the printer is working correctly.

Setting up Guide for IOS:
1. Connect to Wi-Fi:
- Make sure your printer and iOS device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
2. Print from your iOS device:
- Open the document or photo you want to print and select the print option. Choose your iB4130 printer from the list of available printers.
3. Print settings:
- Adjust print settings like number of copies and paper size, then tap “Print”.
- Using the Canon PRINT App:
- Download and install: Download the Canon PRINT app from the App Store.
- Connect to the printer: Connect your printer to the network and add it to the app.
4. Print from the app: Open the app and select the document or photo you want to print.

- Download and Install the Canon PRINT app:

2. Start the app and agree to the terms:
- Open the app and accept the license agreement and other terms and conditions.

- Enter cableless setup mode on the printer: Navigate the printer’s menu to find the wireless LAN settings and select “Change LAN” followed by “Wireless LAN”. Then, choose “Cableless setup”.
- Connect to the printer’s temporary SSID: Your Android device will need to connect to a temporary Wi-Fi network created by the printer.
- Use the Canon PRINT app to connect: The app will guide you through selecting your Wi-Fi network and entering its password.
5. Register the printer:The app will then register your printer’s information.
6. Complete the setup: The app to finalize the setup process.

Setting up Guide for Chromebook:
- Connect the printer to your Wi-Fi network:
- Ensure your printer and Chromebook are connected to the same wireless network.
- Add the printer to your Chromebook:Open your Chromebook’s settings (usually by clicking the time in the bottom right corner and then the gear icon).
- Navigate to “Printers” (or “Printing”).
- Select “Add printer”. locate and add your iB4130 printer.
