Canon PIXMA E3470 setup on Windows
- Turn on the printer
- Connect the power cord and turn on the printer.
- Install ink cartridges
- Load paper: Place paper in the paper tray.
- Connect to your computer (USB or Wireless):
- USB:
- Connect the printer to your computer using a USB cable.
- (Wi-Fi):
- You’ll need to connect the printer to your home Wi-Fi network first. This can be done through the printer’s settings menu or by using the printer’s Wi-Fi button. Once connected, you can then add the printer to your computer through Windows settings.

- Power On and Network Connection:
- Turn the power button on and connect to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Access System Settings:
- On your Mac, click the Apple menu and select “System Preferences” or choose “System Settings” .
- Open Printers & Scanners:
- In System Preferences, click on the “Printers & Scanners” icon.
- Select Printer:
- If your printer appears in the list, select it. If not, you may need to manually select the printer model and driver.
- Install Driver:

- Add Printer to List:

- Download and Install:
- Download the “Canon PRINT” app from the App Store.
- Open and Follow Instructions:
- Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to connect your printer to your iOS device.
- Print:
- Once connected, you can select documents or photos from your device and print them through the Canon PRINT app.
- Using AirPrint:
- Make sure both your printer and your iOS device are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Select Print Option:
- Open the document, photo, or web page you want to print.
- Select Your Printer:
- A list of available printers will appear. Choose your Canon E3470 printer from the list.
- Print:
- You can then adjust any print settings and tap “Print”.
