Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Take the printer out of the box.
- Take all the accessories out of the box.
- Remove all the protective tape from the printer.
- Install the ink cartridges.
- Connect the power cord, and then press the ON button.
- Load plain or A4 size paper.

WIFI Setup
- Connect the wifi to the printer:
- Click on the home button.
- Select Settings (or “Preferences” > “Network Settings”).
- Select Wireless LAN Settings.
- Choose SSID Settings or Access Point Search.
- Select your Wifi network.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password.
- Once connected, the printer will confirm connection with a message.
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the driver from the right sidebar of the page.
- Once the installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Print the Test page.
USB Setup (Wired Setup):
- Download the Drivers:
- Download and install the necessary drivers from the right sidebar of the page.
- Once the driver installation is completed, run the installed file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your PC.
- Go to the settings of your PC.
- Search for bluetooth and devices.
- Click on Printers and Scanners.
- From the available printers list select your Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3520.
- Print the Test page.

Wi-Fi/Wireless:
- Connect the wifi to the printer:
- Click on the home button.
- Select Settings (or “Preferences” > “Network Settings”).
- Select Wireless LAN Settings.

- Enter your Wi-Fi password.

- Print the Test page:

Wired/USB Connection:
- Download Drivers:
- Download the driver package from the right sidebar of the page.
- Once the installation is completed , run the file.
- Connect the USB Cable to your printer:
- Plug the USB cable to your printer and the other end to your Mac.
- On your Mac click on the system preference option.
- Now click on Printer and Scanners.
- The available printers list will appear on the screen, select your Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3520.
- Print the Test page.

- Connect to the Wifi:
- Turn on your Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3520.
- Make sure your Iphone/Ipad is connected to the secure internet connection.
- Ensure that your printer and device are on the same network.
- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Go to the app store.
- Search for the “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App”.
- Download and install the app.
- Add Printer:
- Go to the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app.
- Now follow the on-screen instructions to add your printer.
- App will search for the available printers, Select your Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3520 from the available list.
- Click on Add printer.
- Print the Test page.

- Install the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY App:
- Download the app from the play store.
- Add the printer on the app:
- Click on the add icon on the phone.
- Now click on the register printer.
- Select your Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3520.
- Now the printer is connected to your smartphone.
- Print the Test page:
- Print a test page to confirm the setup.

Wireless/Wifi Connection:
- Connect the printer to Wi-Fi connection:
- Choose your wifi connection from the available networks.
- Enter the password.
- Wait until the printer displays connected.
- Add Printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the Settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then Printers.
- Your Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3520 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page.
Wired/USB Connection:
- Connect the printer to USB Cable:
- Plug the USB Cable into the printer and the other end to your Chromebook.
- Add printer:
- Click the Settings icon.
- In the settings menu, click on Advanced at the bottom.
- Click Printing and then printers.
- Click on the Add Printer option.
- Your Canon imageRUNNER ADVANCE C3520 should appear in the list if it’s connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Click Add.
- Print the Test page:
