Unboxing & Initial Setup
- Remove all packaging material and protective tapes from the printer.
- Take out documentation material, power cord and other accessories from the box.
- Connect the power cord and turn ON the printer.
- Install the ink cartridges.
- Load paper into the paper tray.

Setting up Guide for Windows:

Setting up Guide for MAC;
1. Download the Software:
- Locate the software downloads for your operating system (macOS).
- Download the necessary drivers and setup software.
2. Install the Software:
- Locate the downloaded file and double-click to start the installation.

3. Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi:
- Turn on your printer.
- Connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
4. Add the Printer on your Mac:
- Go to System Settings on your Mac.
- Click on “Printers & Scanners”.
- Add a printer.
- Choose the appropriate drivers or software to use with the printer.
- Click “Add” to complete the process.
5. Print a Test Page:
- After adding the printer, you can print a test page to verify the setup.
- Go to System Settings > Printers & Scanners, select your printer, and click “Open Print Queue”.
- Click the “Print” button and select “Print Test Page”.

Setting up Guide for Android:
- Download the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app: Search for “Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY” in the Google Play Store and install it on your Android device.
- Turn on the printer: Connect the power cord and press the ON button.
- Launch the app: Open the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY app on your Android device.
- Follow the in-app instructions: The app will guide you through the process of connecting the printer to your Wi-Fi network and your Android device. This may involve selecting your network name and entering the password.
